The tract is in east central Jefferson County north of MS Highway 28 and fronts the Dennis Crossroads Road. The north boundary is an un-named spring fed branch with a small amount of SMZ mixed hardwoods and pine, there is approximately 16 acres of 30-year-old pine and the balance of the tract was planted this year. The terrain is rolling hills to hilly. Utilities are available.
