This tract is in north central Jefferson County, just south of the Claiborne County line and east of US Highway 61. Access is from Patton Road via private ownership for approximately 1/3 of a mile. There is a main transmission power line running through this tract from south to north. Bakers Creek is the southern boundary. The terrain is rolling to hilly on the north portion. Tract consists of 148.2 acres of 3-year-old planted pines and 27.2 acres of a 4-year-old planted pines. The balance is a power easement and cut over hardwoods that’s left for regeneration.
